WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS

This warranty runs for ten (10) years prorated, the first (1) year from the date of purchase is fully covered then following nine (9) years is prorated 10% based on the consumer's billed price from the date of purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 1.25 inch in depth); (c) stains; or (d) damage caused by uneven platform or box foundation support.

WHAT PRIMO INTERNATIONAL WILL DO

Primo International at is sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty is provided to the original owner, when purchased through an authorized Primo International retailer. Proof of purchase must be provided, with purchase date clearly visible, in order to redeem your warranty. This warranty excludes transportation costs incurred for its repair or replacement End Fragment.
