Warranty

This warranty runs for ten (10) years prorated, the first (1) year from the date of purchase is fully covered then following nine (9) years is prorated 10% based on the consumer's billed price from the date of purchase.

What is covered and what will Primo International do?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage of your Primo International mattress or box spring. Consequently, an inspection revealing usage in unsanitary conditions will annul this warranty. Replacement is provided to the original owner, when purchased through an authorized Primo International retailer.

If during the first year from the date of purchase of this bedding set there is a defect, Primo International will exchange or repair the mattress, at our discretion. Upon the second year, if a defect arises, Primo International will exchange or repair the model based on the pro-rated cost of 10% of the purchase price. The pro-rated charge will increase by 10% (percent) for each subsequent year of the prorated period from the year shown on the bill of sale. If mattress is bought alone (without the box spring), the warranty coverage is reduced by 50% (percent). This warranty does not apply to it covering materials in any way and excludes the transportation costs incurred for its repair or replacement. Normal body impressions of 1" to 1.5" on either side of the mattress are not considered to be defects; they are the nature of the product and therefore not covered under the warranty.

Primo International reserves the right to substitute materials or models of comparable quality and does not guarantee that the fabric of the replacement will match the existing piece. Proof of purchase must be provided, with purchase date clearly visible, in order to redeem your warranty.
